Shipping and Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You'l receive a notification with tracking info sent straight to your email once your order's been filled.


Local pick up is available-just send us a message to arrange for a time that works for you. We're also happy to offer delivery within Georgetown.

If you receive a damaged item, we’re happy to offer a replacement as quickly as possible. Simply reach out to us with your order number and a photo of the issue at [email protected], and we’ll take care of it for you.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Need to cancel or modify your order? Contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to assist you. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
